Canary-rentalvillas.com is a scam website.
I tried to book a wonderful villa in Lanzarote (Villa Lozanes), but they asked all the payment and deposit in advance, by bank transfer and without any guarantee.
This made me suspicious and with google map I discovered that villa Lozanes doesn’t exit in the address the gave me. When I asked to be guaranteed they disappeared..
